There exists a large body of literature examining the real and potential link between agriculture/agribusiness and employment creation. However, no such comprehensive review linking these two important issues has been undertaken for Nigeria. The study seeks to contribute to the literature by identifying and reviewing policy relevant studies on employment creation in agriculture/agro-processing in Nigeria.
